Privacy Policy

The short version
We're Attuned Ventures LLC — a small digital studio based in Cincinnati, USA, working remotely with clients worldwide. If you're reading this, you probably just want to know:
- Do we sell your data? No. Never.
- Do we track you around the web? No. We use Google Analytics, and only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
- Do we store your email? Only if you email us, fill out the contact form, or sign up for one of our products.
The longer version is below, grouped by what you might actually want to know. This policy covers the attunedventures.com website. Each of our products (like Rec Soccer) has its own privacy policy for that product's data.
What we collect
Three things, basically:
- What you tell us. Your name, email, or whatever else you type into a form on this site — like the contact page or a ventures feedback form.
- What your browser tells us. IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site. Standard web analytics, nothing you wouldn't expect.
- What our products collect. If you use Rec Soccer or any other product we ship, that product has its own privacy policy for its own data.
What we do with it
A short list:
- Reply to your email or form submission
- Run Google Analytics to see which pages people actually use (only after you accept cookies)
- Protect the site from spam and abuse (via reCAPTCHA)
That's it. We don't send newsletters unless you opt in. We don't sell to anyone. We don't build behavioral profiles for ad targeting. None of that.
Who else sees it
Three third parties help us run this site. All of them are pretty standard:
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic stats. Only loaded if you accept cookies.
- Firebase (Google Cloud) — our hosting, database, and authentication backend.
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection on forms.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless a law forces us to, or unless the company itself is sold — in which case your data transfers to whoever bought us. Each of those services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Cookies
You'll see a banner the first time you visit. If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics. If you click Decline, we don't. That's the whole deal.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice and (on the ventures page) which ideas you voted for. That's all first-party data — it never leaves your browser.
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we don't currently read it as a separate signal, but your choice on the cookie banner is what actually controls whether we track you. Decline the banner and you're not tracked.
Where the data lives
In the US, on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. If you're in the EU, UK, or elsewhere outside the US, your data gets transferred to the US when you use this site. By using it, you're consenting to that transfer.
Our other products
Attuned Ventures LLC also operates Rec Soccer (and may ship more products over time). Here's the short version of how that works:
- Each product has its own accounts, its own database, and its own privacy policy
- We don't automatically share your data between products without your consent
- We may use aggregate, anonymized analytics across products for business insights — but nothing that identifies you personally
Security
We do the normal things — HTTPS everywhere, access controls, encryption at rest, security patches. No system is unhackable, so we can't promise perfect security, but we take it seriously and treat any incident as our top priority when one happens.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you can ask us to:
- Show you what data we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it all
- Stop emailing you
Email privacy@attunedventures.com to do any of that. Usually takes us 3–5 business days to respond, sometimes faster.
When this changes
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. For anything material (new third-party services, new data we collect, significant rights changes), we'll put a banner on the homepage. If we have your email on file and the change affects you, we'll email you directly.
