Short version
इस site का इस्तेमाल मतलब आप इन terms से सहमत हैं। ये basics cover करती हैं: हमारी चीज़ें चुराएँ नहीं, हमारी चीज़ें तोड़ें नहीं, और अगर कोई असली disagreement हो तो हम पहले बड़ों की तरह सुलझाने की कोशिश करेंगे, इससे पहले कि कोई lawyer बुलाए।
"We" / "us" का मतलब Attuned Ventures LLC, Ohio limited liability company। "Our products" का मतलब फ़िलहाल Rec Soccer, और रास्ते में हैं। हर product के पास इन पर ऊपर अपने terms हैं product-specific चीज़ों के लिए; जहाँ conflict हो, उस product के लिए product-specific terms जीतते हैं।
इस site से क्या कर सकते हैं
देखें, पढ़ें, हमें email करें, call book करें। आपके पास limited, non-commercial license है site को browse करने और इसके links share करने के लिए। उस license के तहत, कृपया:
- हमारे content को copy या modify करके अपने नाम से कहीं रखें नहीं
- Commercial use या resale के लिए site scrape न करें

"As-is" वाला हिस्सा
हम site को accurate और चालू रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर क़ानूनी तौर पर content "as is" प्रदान किया जाता है। कोई warranties नहीं, express या implied। Typos होते हैं। Links टूटते हैं। Prices, timelines, tech stack details पढ़ने के वक़्त तक outdated हो सकते हैं — अगर कुछ मायने रखता है, call पर हमसे confirm करें।
हम किस बात के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं
क़ानून जितना allow करे उस सीमा तक, Attuned Ventures LLC indirect, incidental, या consequential damages — जैसे lost profits, lost data, downtime, या third-party content issues — के लिए liable नहीं जो इस website या हमारे किसी product के use से आएँ।
यह cap सारे Attuned Ventures products पर और चाहे claim contract, tort, warranty, या कुछ और के तौर पर हो, लागू होता है। अगर इस site पर कुछ सच में आपको hurt करे, तो आपका एक remedy इसे use करना बंद करना है।
External links
कभी-कभी हम बाहर link करते हैं (Rec Soccer, Firebase, articles, आदि)। वे sites हमारे नहीं और हम उनकी content के लिए vouch नहीं कर सकते। अपनी risk पर जाएँ।
क्या किसका
Attuned Ventures की website पर सब कुछ — copy, code, design, logos, Rec Soccer branding, जो भी हम बनाते हैं — Attuned Ventures LLC या जिन्होंने हमें licensed किया उनका है। US और international copyright/trademark law लागू होता है।
"Attuned Ventures" नाम और logo हमारे हैं। बिना पूछे इस्तेमाल न करें। Site पर दूसरी brand names अपने respective owners की हैं।
इन terms में बदलाव
हम इन terms को time-to-time update कर सकते हैं। अगर करें, तो ऊपर की "Last updated" date बदलती है। बदलाव के बाद site use करना मतलब आप नई version से सहमत हैं। Significant चीज़ों के लिए homepage पर banner लगाएँगे ताकि आपको surprise न हो।
Governing law
ये terms Ohio state law से governed हैं। कोई भी क़ानूनी कार्रवाई Ohio state या federal courts में filed होनी चाहिए, और site use करके आप उनकी jurisdiction के लिए agree कर रहे हैं।
अगर कुछ ग़लत हो
पहले हमसे बात करें. legal@attunedventures.com email करें और हम 30 दिनों में sort out करने की कोशिश करेंगे। ज़्यादातर चीज़ें यहीं fix हो जाती हैं।
अगर वह काम न करे — arbitration. जो disputes informally नहीं सुलझ सकते वे American Arbitration Association के पास Commercial Arbitration Rules के under binding arbitration में जाते हैं, Ohio में आयोजित।
कोई class actions नहीं. कोई भी arbitration या lawsuit individual basis पर होनी चाहिए — आप class action या class-wide arbitration में भाग लेने के right से waive कर रहे हैं।
अपवाद. कोई भी पक्ष intellectual property infringement actual या threatened को रोकने के लिए injunctive relief के लिए court में जा सकता है, पहले arbitration से गुज़रे बिना।
